By clicking on the "AGREE" button below and electing to receive your statements electronically, you agree to accept periodic statements, and all disclosures related to your statements, electronically. Electronic statements will be made available by the 7th day of each month and you understand that you will be notified via e-mail as to the availability of your statement.

You agree and understand that you will no longer receive a paper statement.

You may withdraw your consent and revoke your agreement to receive records electronically at any time by contacting the credit union at the phone number on the credit union website. A fee to cancel this service or to request paper copies of these electronic statements may be imposed as set forth in the Fee Schedule. To obtain a paper archive copy of your statement, login and view your statement and click the printer friendly statement link to print or save the statement, you may also contact your credit union personnel.

The files transmitted for these statements will not be used for marketing, or any other purpose, by any third party vendor.
